Frequently Asked Questions

What are the production and delivery times?

DTF, UV and patches ship within 2 to 5 business days via UPS or USPS. Blank apparel and supplies ship the same business day for orders placed before 4:30 PM EST. During high demand, processing may take an additional 2 to 3 business days. Rush orders may receive priority handling.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the continental United States. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories may face extended delivery times and return restrictions. Blank apparel shipped outside the continental US is not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

How does shipping work and what carriers are used?

Shipping options, including express services, are displayed at checkout. We work with UPS and USPS. Once your order is shipped, tracking is sent by email and may take 1 to 3 business days to activate.

What is your return and reprint policy?

Transfers and supplies: eligible for reprint or refund within 45 days only in cases of production defects.

Blank apparel: returns allowed within 30 days, with reprints only for proven manufacturing defects.

Drinkware: 30 day return window, with the customer responsible for return shipping.

Orders outside the continental US are not eligible for returns or refunds.

What should I do if my refund is delayed or my shipment has issues?


If a refund is delayed, check your bank account and contact your card issuer, as processing may take 3 to 5 business days. For shipping issues related to carriers, weather or incorrect addresses, we will assist in resolving the case, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. For unresolved issues, contact us with your name, email and order number.
